Broadwater Community Health Foundation
The Broadwater Community Health Foundation is established to foster and support
healthcare in Broadwater County, and is active in support of Broadwater Health Center.
The Foundation solicits and receives charitable gifts and contributions, and in so doing
provides tax-advantaged opportunities for donors to be a part of the important process of
delivering health care. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation and all gifts,
regardless of size or structure are fully tax deductible.
