Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The RN is responsible for the daily functioning of the health care facility (ER, Acute & Swing) including quality of care services. The RN is responsible for the assessment of patients, medication and treatment administration, documentation in the medical record, and ensuring that nursing staff provide appropriate and complete care and services. Job Summary:

The purpose of the physical therapist is to assess patient ability or disability, prevent deformity or disability, relieve pain, develop and improve body skills, restore function, reach maximum performance within the patient’s capabilities.

 

Qualifications:          

Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile people of all ages within the facility or on the phone.

Must be able to work with the patient’s physician in application of prescribed treatment, including prompt reporting of significant information that may influence the care of the patient.

Must be able to collaborate with those who can contribute to the patient’s progress including patient, family nursing, and instruct or supervise supportive personnel.

Must share knowledge and skills with other services and disciplines concerned with the welfare of the patient.  Encourage interchange of information within the health care facility.  Participate in policy making and administrative decisions relating to PT and patient care.

Will continue to seek new knowledge professionally.

Membership in APTA is optional, but support growth of the profession, and improvement in patient care, code of ethics, and promotes raising the level of health in our community.

Able to organize and prioritize workload.

Able to work under pressure and perform multitasking duties under pressure with accuracy.

Able to complete tasks within a given time frame.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Full Time Medical Technologist

Work: Full time + Call

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Degree/Experience: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in medical laboratory science or related science and completion of a medical technology program or equivalent certification

 

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a candidate with experience as a generalist. ‘Performs routine and moderate complex testing and analysis according to established procedures’ in all aspects of laboratory operations.

 

Job Requirements:

Duties: Perform routine chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, immunoassay, rapid and molecular testing, blood bank and microbiology and proficient phlebotomy skills. Administrative duties such as; answer phones, maintain record and logs, organizational skills, time management, evaluate new procedures or methods, knowledge of laboratory regulations and standards.

Demands/Working conditions: Prolonged standing and walking, occasional heavy lifting (reagent boxes), ability to multitask in a busy lab.  The lab operation is Monday through Friday for inpatient and outpatient services as well as ER call nights, weekends and holidays.

Full Time Certified RAD/CT Technologist

Job Summary:

Operates computerized tomography(CT) to obtain images used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies. Selects appropriate imaging techniques, operates console, and peripheral hardware. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of patient care.

 
Job Requirements:
 

CT certification and graduate of an accredited radiologic health science program, ARRT registered, and currently licensed in the state of Montana. Demonstration of high quality patient care and customer service skills is required.

Must be able to move and position patients during the course of examination. (Exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly) Possible exposure to contagious disease. Exposed to blood, hazardous chemicals, fumes, odors, mists, gases, body gluids, and radiation. General duties are performed within the Radiology Department at Broadwater Health Center.
