TONI zIMMER, LCSW – OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
Toni is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been in the social work profession for over 25 years in both direct care and management capacities. Her background includes work with children and families, abuse, trauma, crisis intervention, opiate addiction, developmental disabilities, and in the foster care and adoption systems. She has a passion for empowering rural communities by identifying and utilizing strengths and resiliency of community members and clients served.
She enjoys spending time with family and making new friends. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, fishing, soap making, and working with herbs. She is excited to get to know and provide quality therapeutic services to members of this community!
This position is supported by a grant from the Montana Foundation which is helping us to respond to the number one health problem in the county.
LaREISSA SWENSON, LCSW – OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
LaReissa starts with Broadwater Health Center in October 2016. She will be providing full behavioral health services to include individual and family therapy, group therapy, consultation services with community primary medical providers and teachers and offering assistance with referrals to meet any additional behavioral health needs. She excels in assisting young children and families through life’s daily struggles to achieve the highest levels of success.
LaReissa graduating from Broadwater High School in 2005. She received her BA at Carol College and then went on to Walla Walla University where she graduated with a Master in Social Worker. LaReissa is a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked with youth, adults and families providing direct care since 2006. All of her years of experience have been in Helena, MT. She looks forward to coming home and providing services to her home community.
