Kellie McBride, former Helena YWCA director, will be the featured speaker for the evening.  McBride has 25 years of successful strategic planning and overall development for non-profit, healthcare and government institutions.  She has written successful grants in both the private and public sector.  McBride has a degree in Human Services from Cal State, Fullerton, CA.  She was born and raised in Helena and has strong family ties to Townsend.  She is currently the Director of Criminal Justice Services for Lewis and Clark County.

In an abbreviated meeting, Chairman Donna Harper will call for nominations of officers for the next year.
Those who wish to attend are asked to call Kathy Toombs, 202-5039, for reservations by Sept. 12.
